So I have written out a blog entry for Meme's 3 year anniversary from his first transplant but it isn't finished. His anniversary was on March 31. We are quickly approaching his explant date and I feel a little behind. But I have decided that this blog will be my thoughts and feelings of past, present, and future events. Raw emotion will sometimes come out. So as soon as I finish, which should be soon, I will post it here.
On another note, Ali is turning into quite the teenager. She is driving me insane, which is what I guess she is supposed to do at this age. She is in Track at school and does pretty well. I am very proud of her. Yasmin in in the process of trying out for her school talent show. She is going to sing! I couldn't be more happy!

A new blog
I decided to start this blog to continue documenting our journey after the loss of Meme. I don't feel right using his Carepage anymore. It will still be there but this is where I will blog from now on. I have so many people that email me and ask how we are. So instead of emailing a ton of people I will use this. This will be my journal and sometimes the girls will blog too. I have learned since Meme's death that writing is an amazing tool. So just to forewarn you...at times there will be raw emotion and feelings here. I plan on writing a book soon so this blog and Meme's Carepage will be where I gather the pages of my book. So...here goes nothing. Get ready....we all know my life has always been one hell of a ride! LOL!!
